Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order before the items being picked and dispatched. However, once the order has been picked and prepared for courier collection (even if not yet dispatched), it cannot be cancelled, as the goods will already be palletised and ready for shipment.
If the order has been dispatched and is en route, you will need to refuse delivery when the courier arrives. Please also notify us at admin@toolden.co.uk so we can inform our returns team and initiate the refund process.
If the delivery is accepted, it becomes your responsibility to return the items at your own expense. Refunds will only be processed once the goods have been received back at our warehouse.
