I've placed an order, when will I receive it?

For each order you place online, we will provide an expected time scale for delivery - for example, it may say “we aim to despatch in 2-3 days”. We process orders strictly in the order they are submitted through the website and are despatched Monday through Friday.

We use either DPD or Fedex and depending on geographical location the actual delivery time scale can vary.

Stock is held at various warehouses therefore items can arrive in split deliveries. Please allow 5 working days for your order to arrive before contacting our team.

Larger items are often shipped by a specialised pallet company which can sometimes take longer.  Unfortunately, tracking is not provided for these orders but you should be contacted prior to delivery to confirm the time and date.

You will see various statuses of your order, please see the below for what each one means:


Status Meaning
Awaiting Fulfilment Your order has been successfully processed and has been uploaded to our system. 
Awaiting Shipment We are currently working on your order to arrange this for dispatch

You will receive an invoice by email to the email address provided at the time you placed your order.

Depending on the courier company that we use and which warehouse your order is being shipped from tracking information will follow.
