My order has arrived damaged

If your order has arrived to you damaged then please let us know as soon as possible (ideally within 24 hours) to allow us to log this with the courier.

If you can email admin@toolden.co.uk with your order number along with images and a description of the damage, the packaging and finally the courier label.

Once we have received this information we can then look to assist you with resolving this as soon as possible.
