Automated Return Centre

If you'd like to return an individual item or your entire order, please use our Returns Portal. Follow the steps below to complete your return:

  1. Click Returns Portal in the website footer or use the direct link above.
  2. Enter your Order Number and email address, then click Find Your Order.
  3. Click Create and select the item(s) you wish to return.
  4. Choose a return reason and upload any supporting comments or photos.
  5. Select if you would like to replace, exchange or refund your item.
  6. Select the return shipping method.
  7. Click to submit your return request. You’ll receive a confirmation email.
  8. Our team will review your request and either approve or decline it.
  9. If approved, a pre-paid shipping label will be emailed to you.
  10. Package the item(s), attach the label, and ensure it’s secure for return.
  11. Arrange your collection. Once your parcel has been sent, you’ll receive confirmation via email when it arrives with us.
  12. After your return is received and inspected, please allow 14 working days for your refund to be processed.
